About Role

The AI SEO Specialist will optimize HOSPIDIO's digital presence using advanced SEO and AI tools. This role focuses on elevating the website's visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search results (such as Google's AI Overviews), ensuring health content consistently ranks across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use AI-powered tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization focusing on healthcare topics.
  • Collaborate with medical content creators to ensure content is AI-enhanced and SEO-friendly.
  • Implement technical SEO strategies for mobile, speed, and crawlability improvements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Automate regular SEO tasks (rank tracking, audits, reporting) using machine learning tools.
  • Track AI search trends and adapt strategies for emerging generative AI search engines.
  • Identify and manage opportunities for backlink building and AI-powered linking campaigns.
  • Collaborate across marketing and technical teams to align SEO strategies with hospital business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in SEO, with at least 1 year implementing AI-driven SEO solutions.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and natural language processing is a plus.
  • Strong experience with healthcare content or health website optimization preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or digital marketing are advantageous.
