We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Executive to join our team. The

ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. As a Visual

Merchandising Executive, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts

that showcase our products and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to promote our men apparel collections in-store and online.

  • Design and set up window display, product showcases, and promotional areas to attract customers

and drive sales.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that visual displays align with seasonal campaigns,

promotions, and brand messaging.

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide feedback and

recommendations to store teams.

  • Train store staff on visual merchandising best practices and ensure that brand guidelines are

consistently followed.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and

improvement in visual merchandising techniques.

  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source materials, props, and display fixtures for visual

merchandising purposes.

  • Maintain visual merchandising budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry.

  • Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual

displays.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
