Role & responsibilities :
- Territory Management: Effectively managing and expanding the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with gem cutters, jewellers, gem dealers, and other industry stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of lab testing services and the Gems & Jewellery industry to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Sales Pitch: Delivering compelling sales pitch and demonstrations to potential clients in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with Gems & Jewellery clients.
Required Functional Knowledge:
- Product Knowledge: Understanding gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery.
- Sales Techniques: Proficiency in sales strategies for the Gems & Jewellery market.
- Market Trends: Awareness of current trends and consumer preferences.
Required Competencies:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data and sales reporting
- Advance Excel: Knowledge of advance excel
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication.
