Job Description: Back Office Executive ( Administration, Office Assistant, Accountants)

Qualifications: Only Freshers to 1 Year of Experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will handle data management, document preparation, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency in back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Prepare, verify, and process documentation and reports.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
