Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned territory through the management of dealer and distributor networks. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, training sales teams, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers and partners. The Manager will also lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to ensure growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet objectives.
  • Experience in Training to support and develop the capabilities of sales teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the energy storage or related industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
