1. Responsible to provide engineering excellence for six new product introductions, able to handle all phases of manufacturing and quality

2. Able to manage pre-design discovery, prototype build, quality and test plans and order fulfilment.

3. Vendor evaluation and re-evaluation.

4. Expertise in layout design for utilizing available space and cater multiple product in the same line.

5. Introduce and establish business excellence model of the company with practices like know your company, know your product, lean practices, kaizen, Kanban 5s, 7qc tools, problem solving .

6. Supervise work, coping with fluctuating workloads while maintaining accuracy to product design.

7. Able to coordinate the daily operational objectives of performing departmental functions in efficient manner.

8. Analysing the cost of quality (internal failure cost, inventory turn ration, scrap and rework ratio, other cost).

9. Responsible for ISO QMS IMPLEMENTATION in the company.

10. Vendor management to maintain the long term quality of our product.

11.  Should be responsible for the incoming quality, in process quality, finished good quality, dispatch quality .

12. Expertise in analysis on the monthly basis and initiating the continual improvement projects based on analysis.

13.  Effective team management skills.

14. Expertise in data analysis of the production and quality data at various stages of quality checks by using SPC AND MSA to control process and reduce variation to control cost of quality.
