Human Resource Manager
As we enter into a phase of extensive growth, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing talent acquisition and retention, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, while fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a strategic position that requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recruit the required manpower needed to support the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and coordinate effective on boarding programs for new hires.
Work to identify staffing needs and ensure a timely and efficient hiring process.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to gauge job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Stay current on employment laws and industry trends, providing guidance to leadership and ensuring the organization's practices align with legal requirements.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Provide information and support to employees regarding benefits and assist with problem resolution.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance.
Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans and provide guidance on employee development.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
