Business Development Intern (Work from Home)

Type: Paid Internship | Mode: 100% Remote | Duration: Internship with possibility of full-time offer

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated college students or recent graduates who want to learn how businesses grow and build partnerships. As a Business Development Intern, you'll help us connect with colleges and universities across India, reach out to placement officers, and explore new business opportunities.

This is a great chance to learn real-world sales and marketing skills while working from home and getting paid for it

What You'll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)

  1. Connect with Colleges


• Research and find details of placement officers or placement cells in colleges and universities.


• Build a contact list of colleges to reach out to.


• Talk to college representatives and explain what our company does.

  1. Send and Manage Communication


• Write and send professional emails to colleges introducing our services.


• Follow up with those who show interest.


• Schedule and organize virtual meetings for senior team members.

  1. Support Business Growth


• Do market research to find new business opportunities in the education space.


• Help create presentations, proposals, and reports.


• Keep track of all client communication and data in simple online tools or CRMs.

  1. Learn and Report


• Track how many emails you send, how many people reply, and how many meetings you set up.


• Prepare weekly reports showing your progress.

Who Can Apply


• Students currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.


• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.


• Comfortable with using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, and basic online tools.


• Friendly, confident, and eager to talk to new people.


• Self-driven, organized, and ready to learn how business development works.
