Job Title: Regional Trainer
Department: Training Team
Reports To: Training Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Trainer is responsible for delivering impactful training programs across a specific region to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role involves conducting in-store and classroom training, customizing content for regional needs, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions (onboarding, product, sales, customer service, operations, and soft skills) in-person and virtually.
- Conduct on-the-job training through role plays, demos, and real-time examples.
- Design, update, and customize training content as per regional requirements.
- Identify training needs using reports, feedback, and business inputs.
- Provide post-training support, coaching, and guidance to employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and Training Manager to align training with business priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; certification in Training & Development preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a trainer (Retail/Jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, LMS, and virtual training tools.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Other Details
- 6 working days per week.
- Must adhere to company grooming standards.
