Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore for a Content Creator. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and designing engaging written, visual, and multimedia content tailored for training programs and outreach initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, executing content strategies, collaborating with trainers and marketing teams, and ensuring all content aligns with the organization's objectives. Regular evaluation of content effectiveness will also play a significant role in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Multimedia Presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Content Strategy development and Visual Design tools
  • Experience in Research and information synthesis for technical or specialized subjects
  • Editing and Proofreading skills to ensure content quality and accuracy
  • Communication and Collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of Laser Technology or technical training programs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or related fields
