Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in packaging sales (Rigid Boxes, Folding Cartons, Laminate pouches, Labels, Shrink sleeves, IML & Canisters). The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new clients in the premium packaging segment.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.

Meet sales targets and prepare regular MIS reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in packaging (as mentioned above).

Strong network with FMCG, cosmetics, luxury, and retail brands preferred.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Working hours & days:

8.5 hrs / 6 days working with 2 Saturdays off monthly.

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
