Location: Gurugram
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Monday to Saturday.
About the role:
Looking for a qualified individual who is responsible for the finalization of accounts for multiple branches, preparation and review of financial statements, and regular presentation of financial reports to the management. The role also includes acting as an audit coordinator, ensuring the completion of internal audits, and addressing any issues raised during the audit process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Coordinating with branches for timely & accurately finalisation of books of accounts
* Ensure timely and complete compliance with statutory requirements, including but not limited to GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and MSME filings.
* Preparing financials including Cash flow statement, P&L Account and Balance sheet on a monthly basis
* Calculating Ratios to assess the performance of the company on a regular basis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises to support strategic planning.
* Analytics – preparing MIS reports relevant for the management including debtor ageing, inventory reports, expenses analysis and growth trends etc. Candidate requirements:
* Expertise in MIS preparation.
* Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
* Excellent communication skills-Hindi and English both.
* Prior experience with Zoho Books is a plus.
* Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with completed articleship.
* Minimum 3 yrs. Of experience post completion CA in a similar role.
