In our
banking division
, we work as a
Corporate Business Correspondent
with leading rural and regional banks to take banking to villages and towns where branches are not easily available. Through our network of BCs (Banking Correspondents), we help people open accounts, deposit/withdraw cash, get insurance, and access simple credit products. We also support banks in schemes like Jan Dhan, social security insurance, and digital banking.

Job Role: Business Development Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can help us grow our financial services business
. This is a great opportunity for freshers or young professionals who want to start their career in
banking and financial services
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and connect with people interested to become
    Business Correspondents (BCs)
  • Handle calls and queries from BCs regarding onboarding, benefits, and payments
  • Solve
    basic technical issues
    of BCs (training will be given)
  • Work on
    credit card business
    by generating leads
  • Maintain simple reports and daily updates in
    MS Excel
  • Support the team in achieving monthly growth targets

Who Can Apply

  • Must be a
    Graduate
    (any stream)
  • Should know
    MS Excel
    (basic data entry, reports)
  • Good communication skills in
    Hindi
    (English is a plus)
  • Ready to learn and take responsibility
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
    are welcome
