We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BFSI Domain Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector and will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions aligned with industry trends and regulatory standards. This role requires a blend of domain expertise, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, product development,

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex business processes within the BFSI domain.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on industry best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with product and technology teams to design and deliver effective solutions tailored to BFSI clients.

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Support implementation of financial systems, software, and data analytics tools.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation or optimization in banking, finance, and insurance operations.

Liaise with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.

Provide training and mentorship to team members on BFSI standards and methodologies.

Minimum 4 years of experience in the BFSI domain.

Strong knowledge of banking , financial instruments, risk management, and/or insurance products.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
