We are a fast-growing startup seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Business Development Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, exploring new markets, and driving business growth from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Present and promote company offerings to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve set targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently.
  • Own a two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally.
