To provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to the Chairman, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and confidential handling of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion.
- Draft, review, and prepare presentations, reports, and official communication.
- Organize and coordinate business meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain effective communication between the Chairman and other departments.
- Track pending tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion.
- Manage office systems, filing, and record keeping (both digital & physical).
- Support the Chairman in strategic planning and decision-making by providing research and background information.
- Represent the Chairman in meetings and events as required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as PA/EA to senior leadership or C-level executive.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
- 4-6 yrs of experience require in same flied.
