Role Overview

Zica Bella Private Limited, a leading name in luxury fashion, is seeking a passionate and motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals who wish to begin their career in Human Resources, gain exposure to the fashion and retail industry, and grow into future HR leaders.

As an HR Executive, you will support key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR operations, while working closely with the management team to build a strong, creative, and people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Support


• Assist in hiring for retail staff, designers, marketing, and operations roles.


• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and fashion institutes.


• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications.

  1. HR Operations & Administration


• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.


• Support payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records.


• Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.

  1. Employee Engagement & Culture


• Organize employee activities, events, and engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.


• Assist in creating HR communications, including newsletters, announcements, and notices.

  1. Training & Learning


• Coordinate training programs for retail and office teams.


• Support in tracking employee learning, feedback, and development progress.

  1. Compliance & Policies


• Learn and support the implementation of labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.


• Ensure proper HR documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Fresh graduates are welcome (0–1 year of experience).


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Enthusiasm for fashion, luxury branding, and people management.


• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced fashion environment.
