barman

We are looking for Bar Man to join our Property. Experienced candidates with a passion for learning and desire to grow in the field of F&B Service having qualification in Hotel / F&B Management or Equivalent.

• Make cocktails and other drinks as per guest orders.
• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and polite way.
• Suggest drinks based on guest preferences.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Set up the bar with all required items before service starts.
• Check and manage stock of alcohol, mixers, and other supplies.
• Follow hygiene and safety rules while handling drinks and glasses.
• Use POS system for billing and handle cash/card payments.
• Work with other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hotel policies and local alcohol laws.
• Promote special drinks and offers to guests.
• Support during events or busy times by making drinks quickly and correctly.
• Learn new cocktails and keep up with bar trends.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Reports To: H R Manager/ O M

Age Limit: up to 40yrs

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
