21K Early Years Learning Centre (21K EYLC) is hiring for young, energetic & dynamic pre -primary facilitators who will be responsible for adding the 'fun' in learning and ensuring that each child enjoys the school experience. Responsibilities of Pre School Teachers:Understand the vision and purpose ofthe School and align with the academic culture of the School.Research, Understand and PrepareLesson PlansConduct Classes as pertimetable including any substitutions assigned for the day maintaining thestandards of teaching and student engagementEffectively use different learningresources and platforms provided by the School aligned with learning objectives.Plan, prepare and execute continuousinformal and formal assessments of studentsReport on the progress of the childthrough assessments and anecdotal records as per School's Standards.Collaborate with other teachers for smooth functionally.Attend training and professionaldevelopment programs as and when plannedProactively respond to parent'scommunications and concerns Prepare and conduct Parent MeetingsActively plan, participate, and trainstudents for various activities and events of the schoolEnsure compliance and adherence toSchool's policies including child safety and cyber securityAny other responsibilities assignedfrom time to time. Qualifications: NTT degree from an accredited university/ ECCED course mandatory.
