**Overview**:
Kai Early Years is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of our youngest learners. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children aged 1 to 6 years. We are looking for a passionate educator who possesses excellent communication skills, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children. Our campus is based in Nallurhalli, Whitefield, Bangalore.

**Job Title: Early Years Educator**

**Qualification & Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification or license.
- Proven experience working with young children, preferably in a Pre-Primary or early childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and the ability to design engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

**Primary Job Functions & Tasks**:

- Classroom Management: Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
- Curriculum Development: Incorporate a variety of teaching methodologies, including play-based learning, hands-on activities, and group interactions, to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Observe and assess each child's progress and development, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Foster open and effective communication with parents or guardians, ensuring they are informed about their child's educational journey and progress.

**Salary**: From ₹28,000.00 per month
