Job Summary:

Premier Carworld Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager (TVM) to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, leading a sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive sales, team leadership, and used car valuation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:

  • Lead and motivate the used car sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and processes to increase vehicle turnover.
  • Ensure all sales staff provide outstanding customer service and follow proper sales procedures.

Inventory Control:

  • Source, appraise, price, and manage pre-owned vehicle inventory effectively.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee reconditioning process to ensure vehicles meet lot-ready standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to perform at high levels.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
