Role: Investment Banking & Virtual CFO Analyst Intern (2 positions)

Bangalore | Duration: 6–12 Months

At A.D. Global Consultancy (ADGC), we are building a boutique advisory ecosystem working on live mandates with:

MSMEs & Growth-stage businesses

This internship is not theoretical.

You will be involved in real deals, real clients, and real execution.

What You Will Work On

Debt Raise Support (Bank/NBFC proposals)

Teasers, Pitch Decks & Client Documentation

Industry + Credit Research

Financials Review & credit metrics

Investor Reach-outs & Transaction Support

Virtual CFO workflows & operational finance understanding

You will learn how deals are sourced, structured, evaluated, negotiated, and executed.

Ideal Profile

You may be a fit if you are:

CA Inter / CFA Level-1 Completed /
M.Com
/
B.Com
(Finance)

Strong with accounting, ratios, financial logic

Familiar with Excel + PowerPoint

Interested in Investment Banking, Credit Strategy, and Corporate Finance

Eager to learn and ready to work with ownership

This role is best suited for driven self-learners who want practical experience.

Compensation Structure

This internship is designed like an IB analyst learning experience:

Symbolic Monthly Retainer (linked to deal progress)

Deal-Based Incentive (₹10,000–₹30,000 per executed mandate)

Completion Bonus (performance-linked)

Certificate + LinkedIn Recommendation

Live Deal Experience & Client Exposure

Future Full-time/PPO Opportunity based on performance

This model rewards ownership, contribution, and results.

Commitment

4–5 hours/day (Mon–Saturday)
