We are seeking an experienced
Creative Design Manager
to lead our
design team and drive the creative strategy for Government and PSU communication campaigns.

The ideal candidate should bring a strong balance of
strategic thinking, creative direction, and team leadership
,
with proven experience handling Government or PSU clients.
You will oversee concept development, guide the visual execution of campaigns, and ensure creative alignment with both client objectives and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative design vertical to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns for Government ministries, departments, and PSUs.
  • Develop
    high-quality visual concepts and communication designs
    for
    print, digital, social media, outdoor, and multimedia platforms.
  • Ensure all creative outputs
    meet Government communication guidelines, brand standards
    , and approval processes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative production cycle
    — from briefing to delivery — ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams
    to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
  • Maintain design consistency and creative excellence across all client deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers
    ; provide creative direction and constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with trends in design, advertising, and digital communicatio
    n relevant to Government and public sector campaigns.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Work closely with vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure quality control and timely output.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
    , or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience
    in advertising, branding, or creative design — preferably in an
    agency environment managing Government/PSU accounts
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    typography, layout design, color theory
    , and
    visual storytelling
    .
  • Demonstrated experience in
    conceptualizing large-scale campaigns
    for ministries or Government organizations.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and team leadership
    skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong
    portfolio
    showcasing diverse Government/PSU campaign work (print, digital, and multimedia).
