We are looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer to join our client's dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
  • Automate workflows and integrate data sources using Power Automate and Power BI for reporting.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform applications and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ hands-on experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and external data sources.
  • Familiarity with Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript for extending app capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) in Power Platform.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
