Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients and build strong relationships.
  • Present farmland/real estate projects and explain investment benefits.
  • Handle leads, follow up with clients, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits with clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for client visits.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
