As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role suited for energetic professionals who are passionate about technology and client communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to drive customer acquisition.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of IT/software services is a plus.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
- Must be available for full-time on-site work in Bangalore.
