Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with GE Smallworld GIS, preferably in the utilities or telecommunications sector.

Strong expertise in Smallworld Core, PNI, Electric Office, or Gas Office modules.

Proficient in Magik programming and Smallworld development tools.

Experience with GE Smallworld data models and version management.

Familiarity with spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, PostGIS, or similar).

Knowledge of GIS integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SCADA, Network Management).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bachelors degree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Smallworld Web or GE Grid Solutions.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.

Familiarity with Python, FME, ETL tools, or web mapping frameworks.

Certification in GE Smallworld or Esri technologies.
