Overview

Mave Health is building a neurotechnology wearable designed for everyday use, backed by 25+ years of neuroscience and paired with expert support. Our goal is to help people feel calmer, more focused, and more in control. This role is for someone who can make Mave look as good as it feels, defining the brand's visual world across everything from website to marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

You'll be the first full-time Brand Designer at Mave, owning the look, feel, and storytelling of our brand. You'll:

  • Define and evolve the brand identity: color, typography, tone, motion, photography, and system
  • Build a cohesive visual system across product, marketing, and physical packaging
  • Design the website and landing pages in Figma (and work with devs for implementation)
  • Create digital and physical marketing collaterals : ads, pitch decks, event assets, packaging, and motion content
  • Collaborate with product, content, and performance teams to maintain consistency across every touchpoint
  • Help translate neuroscience and wellness into an aesthetic that feels both credible and aspirational
  • Build the brand kit, guidelines, and templates to scale creative output efficiently

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design
  • Strong visual and typographic taste with a modern aesthetic
  • Great at storytelling through motion, imagery, and layout
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, and comfortable experimenting with AI tools
  • Experience designing or overseeing websites and marketing assets
  • Thinks systemically, can scale a design language, not just make one-off assets
  • Curious about mental health, design psychology, and building from 0→1
  • Based in Bangalore and comfortable working in-office with a small, fast team
