Job Purpose
Drive revenue growth for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications (ERP) by engaging with managed and unmanaged accounts across the Indian market. The role involves driving customer adoption, managing sales cycles end-to-end, and ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing engagement of clients post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Account Management
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective customers to position Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets for Business Applications (ERP).
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and partner collaboration.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunity details and forecasting updates.
2. Customer Onboarding & Success
- Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
- Conduct personalized 1:1 sessions to drive product adoption and user engagement.
- Work with technical teams and partners to resolve onboarding issues and support configurations.
- Conduct Monthly Service Reviews (MSRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
3. Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Microsoft ERP solutions with their business goals.
- Nurture and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Partner ecosystem to support customer expansion and industry-specific solution selling.
4. Compliance & Licensing Support
- Track and manage software license status and compliance requirements.
- Assist customers in understanding Microsoft licensing frameworks, renewals, and expansions.
- Perform profiling of accounts to assess digital maturity and licensing gaps.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, IT, or related discipline.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of B2B Sales / Account Management experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or comparable cloud-based ERP/CRM solutions.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, etc.).
- Experience in cloud licensing, subscription models, and partner-led sales motions.
- Ability to conduct business conversations with CXOs and IT heads.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Communication:
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- Comfortable delivering virtual demos, handling objections, and stakeholder mapping.
Behavioral Attributes:
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong ownership, goal-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, PL-200) are a plus.
- Prior experience working with Microsoft CSPs, ISVs, or within the Microsoft sales ecosystem.
