Job Title: Senior Application Security Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Security Leader to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our application security strategy and ensuring the protection of our critical business applications and data.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of application security frameworks, standards, and best practices. They will also have expertise in DevSecOps, secure coding practices, threat modeling, and security testing methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust application security programs to protect critical business applications and data.
  • Lead a high-performing team of security professionals, collaborating with senior management to improve our cloud security posture.
  • Align application security strategy with business goals and technology landscape.
  • Stay abreast of emerging security trends, threats, and technologies, and continuously evaluate and improve our application security posture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of application security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in DevSecOps, secure coding practices, threat modeling, and security testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features.
  • Effective communication, proficient team leadership, business acumen, decision making, and risk management skills.
