Role Description

The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves providing personalized support to students in their journey to study abroad, including advising on suitable academic programs, guiding students through the application process, and assisting with documentation and interviews. Responsibilities include delivering career counseling expertise, maintaining relationships with students and families, collaborating with universities, and driving enrollment through exceptional customer service and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication, with an ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales with a focus on providing tailored solutions to meet student needs.
  • Knowledge of education systems and processes, particularly regarding international admissions guidance and counseling.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
