Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP consulting, with a particular focus on Odoo implementations and customizations. Exposure to international clients—especially in the UK, Ireland, and other global markets—is essential. An accountancy or finance background will be a strong plus, ensuring alignment with client expectations in finance-driven modules.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations for global clients.
  • Drive client communications and ERP strategy for international accounts, focusing on the UK & Ireland.
  • Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions using Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, etc.).
  • Customize Odoo as per client requirements, and coordinate with the development team for technical needs.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align ERP solutions with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on Odoo features and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
  • Proven track record of handling international clients, particularly in the UK, Ireland, or EU.
  • Deep understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and sales.
  • Accountancy or finance background (education or experience) is a significant plus.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exposure to , Odoo Enterprise, and community editions.
  • Project management certifications or experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT.
  • Odoo certification (if applicable).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role in a global environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹833, ₹2,099,565.50 per year
