Role Description
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for end-to-end business development—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing client relationships. The role demands someone who thrives on meeting targets, building networks, and translating client needs into business opportunities. Prior exposure to
CPG/FMCG sales, channel engagement, or enterprise SaaS solutions
will be an added advantage.
Key Requirements
- Drive new business acquisition through lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, demos/presentations, negotiations, and closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in marketing, sales, and trade/channel functions.
- Understand client pain points and position Crazibrain's solutions to deliver measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client growth.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue metrics in CRM.
- Represent Crazibrain at industry events, networking forums, and client workshops.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CPG/FMCG, SaaS, or marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders as well as mid-management decision-makers.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Comfort with fast-paced, growth-stage environments.
Compensation
- CTC Range (Indicative):
₹6–9 LPA fixed, depending on experience and fit. - Performance Bonus/Variable:
20–30% of annual CTC, linked to revenue targets.
