We are looking for a passionate
Interior Design student/graduate
to join us as a
Relationship Manager Intern
and grow into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Internship Summary

As an
Interior Design Relationship Manager Intern
, you will support client acquisition, relationship building, and project coordination under the guidance of senior team members. This is a
hands-on, client-facing role
requiring regular
site visits and client meetings across Bangalore
. You will gain practical exposure to sales, client servicing, project management, and design presentation in a real-world interior design environment.

This is an
on-site role
based out of our Whitefield studio. Candidates must be comfortable traveling within Bangalore (local conveyance provided/reimbursed).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in
  client outreach
  – cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups with interior designers, architects, HNIs, and builders.
• Accompany senior managers on
  client meetings and site visits
  to understand project briefs and client requirements.
• Support in preparing
  design proposals, mood boards, quotations
  , and presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, or basic design tools.
• Coordinate between clients, design team, and vendors to ensure smooth project communication.
• Conduct
  market research
  on competitors, material trends, and upcoming residential/commercial projects in Bangalore.
• Maintain client data and follow-up records in
  CRM tools
  (training provided).
• Participate in
  site measurements, vendor coordination
  , and installation supervision.
• Identify
  upsell opportunities
  during client interactions and report to the team.
• Attend
  industry events, expos, and networking meets
  with the team (when scheduled).

Learning Outcomes

By the end of 3 months, you will:

• Master client communication and relationship-building in the interior design industry.
• Understand end-to-end project lifecycle from briefing to handover.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, negotiation, and project coordination.
• Build a professional network with designers, architects, and vendors in Bangalore.
• Be ready for a
  full-time role
  with revenue targets and team leadership opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:
  Final-year student or graduate in
  Interior Design / Architecture
  (B.Des, B.Arch, Diploma in ID preferred).
• Background:
  Must come from an interior design academic/practical background
  – no other streams considered.
• Skills:
• Good communication (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
• Basic proficiency in
  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, MS Office
• Willingness to travel daily within Bangalore (Bike/Car ownership a plus)
• Availability:
  Immediate joining, full-time on-site commitment.
• Traits:
  Proactive, client-friendly, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable in field visits.
