Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run marketing and outreach campaigns online and offline.
  • Build connections with schools, colleges, and communities.
  • Organize and attend career fairs, admission drives, and workshops.
  • Identify and reach out to prospective students and partners.
  • Guide students and parents on admissions and career options.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
  • Research market trends and competitors to improve strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team on content and promotions.
  • Travel frequently for outreach events and meetings. (PAN India)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outreach marketing, business development, or education sales.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowing multiple languages will be an added advantage and given more preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
