Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet business requirements and optimize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, Benefits, Time and Labor, and other modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional design specifications.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on client needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and system customizations.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide continuous improvement suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, releases, and new features.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities such as demos, workshops, and solution design.

Travel: Yes, on milestone basis
