Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can combine hands-on design expertise with managerial capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of designers while also contributing directly to high-quality websites and applications. You should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously as an individual contributor while managing your team effectively.

  • Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers.
  • Design and deliver high-quality websites and applications with a user-centric approach.
  • Handle multiple projects concurrently as an individual contributor.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Maintain design standards and ensure consistency across projects.
  • Hands-on design work using Figma, with openness to tools like Framer and Webflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX experience.
  • Proven experience managing a team of designers.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing websites and application designs.
  • Expertise in Figma is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously as an individual contributor.
  • Open to learning and working with Framer and Webflow.

Nice to Have:

  • Past experience working in a design/creative agency.
