Role Description

The Medical Counselor will provide counseling services to patients interested in plastic surgery and hair transplant procedures. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, discussing treatment options, explaining procedures and potential outcomes, scheduling appointments, and providing continuous support to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of plastic surgery and hair transplantation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Experience in patient counseling and support
  • High level of empathy and patient care
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a medical facility is a plus
