Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller/Medical Biller based in Hyderabad. The AR Caller/Medical Biller will be responsible for managing the medical billing process, following up on outstanding claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies. Daily tasks include calling insurance companies to resolve claim issues, verifying patient insurance coverage, and posting payments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and reports, working with team members to streamline operations, and communicating with medical providers to obtain necessary information.

Qualifications

  • 1- 5 years of Experience in medical billing and AR follow-up services
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Proficiency in insurance claims processing and resolving claim issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant medical billing software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field is a plus
