About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in executing successful email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, customer journeys, analytics, and best practices. You will play a key role in driving engagement, conversions, and customer retention through strategic email communication

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns
  • Create well-structured email content, subject lines, and A/B tests
  • Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and automation workflows
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rate)
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum deliverability and engagement
  • Work with design/content teams to create visually appealing email templates
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email marketing standards
  • Improve email marketing strategy based on data insights
  • Manage drip campaigns, newsletters, onboarding emails, and promotional blasts

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo Sendinblue, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of automation, segmentation, and customer journeys
  • Knowledge of deliverability, warm-up processes, and inbox placement
  • Good research and copywriting skills
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹42,862.07 per month
