We're looking for a passionate and confident Sales & Customer Calling Executive to join our growing team and help us connect with potential clients, build relationships, and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and explain our interior design services in a persuasive and professional manner.

Convert incoming leads into appointments or site visits.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain communication throughout the inquiry process.

Maintain customer database and daily call records.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth client handover.

Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategy and service quality.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

Ability to handle calls and build trust with clients.

Basic knowledge of interior design or a willingness to learn.

Prior experience in telesales, real estate, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (plus incentives based on performance)

Attractive incentives on each converted project

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

Office Location: Thane
