Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to provide information about our services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining customer records, conducting follow-ups, and contributing to team targets. The Telecaller will also gather customer feedback to help improve service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in handling phone calls and resolving customer issues
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain customer records accurately
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
