  • Supervision & Leadership: Oversee and direct the activities of the dining room and service personnel, ensuring they provide efficient and courteous service.
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, address their inquiries and concerns, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the dining area is set up correctly, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies for service.
  • Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Training & Development: Train, mentor, and guide new service staff, monitoring their performance to uphold service standards.
  • Standards & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Menu & Service: Explain menu items to guests, offer recommendations, and accurately take orders when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
