**Supervision & Leadership**: Oversee and direct the activities of the dining room and service personnel, ensuring they provide efficient and courteous service.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and welcome guests, address their inquiries and concerns, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
- **Operations Management**: Ensure the dining area is set up correctly, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies for service.
- **Coordination**: Act as a communication bridge between the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- **Training & Development**: Train, mentor, and guide new service staff, monitoring their performance to uphold service standards.
- **Standards & Compliance**: Ensure all operations comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- **Menu & Service**: Explain menu items to guests, offer recommendations, and accurately take orders when necessary.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
