Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Selenium Automation Engineer for Web with a minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating tests using Python and Selenium with cloud based testing tools like Browserstack, ensuring high-quality software delivery in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation scripts to streamline workflows.
• Leverage Pandas for advanced data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.

• Use Openpyxl or any other excel library to automate Excel-based reporting, formatting, and data integration tasks..

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

• Identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

• Perform regular regression tests and continuously improve automated test cases to ensure they reflect new functionalities.

• Participate in the integration of automated test scripts with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Collaborate in the planning and execution of test strategies and assist in the evaluation of test results to provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in test automation using Python and Selenium with for Web application testing.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming with a focus on automation.

• Deep experience with Pandas for data wrangling, aggregation, and analysis.

• Strong understanding of Selenium WebDriver, Python programming and test automation concepts.

• Experience working with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

• Experience with various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholder
