Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales team. Your team will be responsible for generating revenue through consulting leads for prospecting and closures, building strong customer relationships to gain referrals, and driving overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the assigned revenue targets.
  • Ensure consistent availability during business hours and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for your team members and address their needs and concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct effective consultations with prospects and leads, while also generating referrals.
  • Promote and strengthen the companys brand and reputation in the market.
  • Coordinate with the reporting manager and follow instructions diligently.
  • Apply creative and strategic approaches to problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and sales in the CRM and other platforms.
  • Be willing to work beyond normal business hours when required or instructed by the manager.
