Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality content.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated with Instagram trends, features, and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Instagram marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience with Instagram Ads, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling visuals.
  • Strong communication and community management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies is desirable.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
  • Hands-on experience with social media automation tools.
