About the Role:

Sameera Estates is seeking an Experienced Digital Marketing Professional to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in digital campaigns, ad management, and lead generation, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results for the real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Develop and implement SEO & SEM strategies to increase organic reach and visibility.
  • Manage content marketing including blogs, videos, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee the companys website and ensure lead capture, tracking, and analytics.
  • Design and run marketing automation campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Email).
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with sales teams to generate quality leads and conversions.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads in real estate marketing.
  • Budget management and ROI-focused campaign execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva is an advantage.
