Roles & Responsibilities
Receptionist:
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude
- Handle incoming calls, walk-in inquiries, and appointment coordination
- Respond to official emails after coordinating with the Technical Head or concerned department
- Coordinate with the Technical Head to understand, address, and resolve student issues — then communicate updates to students
- Maintain attendance, visitor logs, and daily records
- Support Centre Head and Academic Team in administrative activities
Telecaller:
- Contact and follow up with potential students and parents for MAAC courses
- Explain course details, structure, and career opportunities
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up lists
- Support admission and marketing campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Professional email communication and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with seniors and teams
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Gmail)
- Polite, confident, and student-supportive personality
