Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Dwarka. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and booking travel itineraries, providing travel advice, assisting clients with travel document preparation, and addressing any travel-related inquiries. The role involves frequent interaction with clients to understand their travel needs and deliver personalized travel solutions.

  • Proficiency in travel planning and booking software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends
  • Customer service experience and a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as a travel consultant or similar role is advantageous
